Notes & Important Information

• Registration with the electronic ticketing platform ZAIKO is required to purchase tickets and view the stream.

• A ZAIKO service fee will be charged in addition to the ticket price.

• The live stream can only be viewed through the ZAIKO account used to purchase the ticket.

• Even if the URL is shared or posted on social media, viewing is not possible from any account other than the purchaser’s ZAIKO account.

• Please read all notes carefully before purchasing and ensure that you have a suitable internet connection and recommended viewing environment.

• Tickets cannot be canceled or changed after purchase except in the event of a postponement or cancellation of the performance.

• If you begin viewing the stream after it has started, playback will begin from that point. Rewinding is not possible.
